For 25 years, Grille 3501 has been part of countless celebrations, first dates, family traditions, and moments worth remembering.
And through it all, one thing has remained the same: the people who make this place what it is.
As we celebrate this milestone, we're bringing our community together for a special evening that honors our past, celebrates the present, and gives back to the next generation.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Justin Sheftel Memorial, supporting athletic and educational opportunities for underserved youth throughout the greater Lehigh Valley.
Because after 25 years, there's no better way to celebrate than by giving back to the community that's been part of our story.

Signature cocktails, select wines, and beer included with admission, plus a full cash bar.
A Walk Down Memory Lane
Historic memorabilia and moments from 25 years of Grille 3501.
Silent Auction
Bid on a curated collection of unique experiences, local favorites, and special packages, all in support of a meaningful cause.
And, of course, a few surprises we're saving for the evening.

A few things to know:
This is a cocktail-style celebration with limited seating rather than a traditional seated dinner.
Carpooling and ridesharing are encouraged. Additional parking will be available at the church east of Grille 3501. Please follow event signage upon arrival.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
